  • What format should I submit my Art?
    Acceptable formats include Corel Draw (we use Version CX3) Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop Photos can be sent by Jpeg or PDF although a high resolution Jpeg gives a better result. We may be able to work with other formats give us a call or email and we will help you through the process to send your art or photo.


  • FREE ARTWORK
    We will provide one free design for orders over 25 coolers. Depending on the amount of graphic work required a modest design fee will be quoted for orders less than 25 coolers.


  • Artwork Supplied
    The actual size of a cooler is 210mm x 110mm. We require the background colour and or image to be provided as 210mm x 120mm. Most importantly significat text or artwork must not be outside 190mm x 90mm radius.


  • Samples
    aussiecoolers.com will strive to provide a flat sample cooler for $10.00 including standard postage and handling if time permits. This will be deducted from the total price of the completed order for quantities of 100+. Alternately call our administration office on 07)5554 6322 and if not on site we will get back to you as soon as we can.


  • Design modifications
    As long as the approved design has not reached pre-production phase text changes will be at no cost. Artwork changes will be subject to a design fee change.


  • Delivery of finished product
    Deliveries can be by Courier, Australia Post or Express Post. Pick-up is available from our Miami office. Other delivery methods can be available by prior arrangement. (Couriers will not deliver to a PO Box. Split Shipments may be subject to additional charges, but is a service we offer. Delivery Costs are at cost plus $1.50 towards packaging.


  • International Orders
    aussiecoolers.com has the ability to fulfill International orders. Each country may have unique customs laws. These special requirements may delay or increase our standard delivery time. Our trained staff are able to help you navigate these issues. Please call or email for details


  • What is aussiecoolers Standard Production Time?
    On average all goods are delivered within 10-14 business days depending on the item and the delivery location. We have many items that can be delivered faster, for details call or email for information. For those who order multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments. Please note that each line item should arrive within its total delivery time. Choosing multiple line items should neither speed up nor slow down your order. Production time is based on receiving your order with valid method of payment and design information. On orders where you have requested Samples and Pre-Production Proofs, the production timing begins when we receive your approval. All times reflect business days.


  • Rush Order Options
    We have many different rush production and shipping options. we are always happy to work with you to get your product there on time and on most occasions there will be no charge just great service.


  • Payment Options
    Our primary method of receiving payment is preferably via Direct Bank Transfer or Paypal if necessary. We also are able to process personal and corporate cheques, Cash in Advance and Cash on Delivery (if a deposit has been paid). Cheques and Paypal may delay delivery and production. We also offer Purchase Order and Account options for those entities that qualify. Our Terms of Business are Payment on or prior to delivery or Net seven (7) days for Account approved Customers.
